Start with one observable problem
Examples include missed calls during treatments, routine appointment requests, overflow at a busy service desk, or callback requests that currently depend on memory or paper notes.
What the Scan does not include
It does not provide live call handling, a telephony connection, calendar or CRM integration, legal advice, a security certification, a savings guarantee or a production rollout.
Credit and next step
If both parties agree that a controlled pilot is appropriate, the €495 Scan fee can be credited to that pilot when its written scope is accepted within 14 calendar days. A Scan outcome never obliges either party to start a pilot.
