Is Werkborg available for live call handling today?
No. Werkborg is pre-launch. A live call workflow is considered only after a written scope, testing and acceptance for that specific pilot.
Can a pilot use our existing phone number?
That depends on the agreed telephony setup and a test with your provider. Werkborg does not promise a connection before that scope has been reviewed.
What does a salon workflow cover?
A proposed salon workflow can map missed enquiries, appointment requests and callback preferences. It does not replace a salon's judgement about treatments, prices or availability.
When does a person take over?
A person takes over whenever the caller asks, the approved information is insufficient, or the conversation needs judgement, a price decision or an exception.
What should we prepare for a discovery conversation?
Bring a few representative call examples, your opening hours, the current way appointments are handled and the situations that must always reach your team.
How does Werkborg handle personal data in a pilot?
The data, purpose, access, retention and deletion route must be agreed for the specific pilot before customer data is used. This website does not prove a live data-processing setup.
What does the WerkScan cost and include?
The WerkScan costs €495 excl. VAT. It maps one workflow, identifies decision and data boundaries, and returns a written go or no-go pilot scope within three to five working days. It excludes live call handling, integrations and legal or security certification.
What can I buy from Werkborg today?
Today you can buy a €495 excl. VAT WerkScan for one workflow. It is a defined assessment, not a subscription to a live AI receptionist.
Is the browser demonstration a real telephone call?
No. It is an interactive browser demonstration. It is not a public inbound number and it does not prove a production phone service.
Can Werkborg book appointments today?
Not as a public live capability. Calendar actions are considered only after a controlled pilot has a tested connection, explicit confirmation rules and written acceptance.
Will callers know they are speaking with AI?
A controlled live scope must define an immediate AI disclosure where required. The wording and route to a person are tested before launch.
What happens when the AI does not know the answer?
It stops, says it cannot confirm the answer from approved information and offers the agreed human next step. It must not invent policy, availability, price or advice.
Where are data processed?
EU hosting is the intended approach. The providers, processing locations, subprocessors and retention period are documented in writing for each live pilot before launch.
