What does an AI receptionist cost in the Netherlands?
There is no single useful price without scope. Compare the subscription, included minutes, overage, setup work, integrations, supervision and the work required to make the workflow safe for your business.

Published market example — VakForce
VakForce publicly lists AI-receptionist bundles of €99 per month for 150 minutes, €249 for 400 minutes and €499 for 900 minutes, with published overage rates. This is VakForce's published offer, accessed 14 September 2026; it is not an independent performance assessment and it is aimed at installation companies.
What is included matters
A low monthly bundle can be suitable for a standard, proven workflow. A business should separately check call routing, setup, approved knowledge, human handover, privacy work, integrations, monitoring and the cost of exceptions.
Werkborg's current price
Werkborg does not publish a live AI-receptionist subscription. The current purchasable first step is a €495 excl. VAT WerkScan for one workflow, delivered in three to five working days. A later pilot is scoped and priced separately.
How to compare fairly
Ask each supplier whether the published price includes minutes, overage, setup, number routing, integrations, data retention, human escalation, support and exit/export. Do not compare a tested pilot design with an unmanaged self-service bundle as if they were identical.
